The PropTech Powerhouse e.V. ensures the cross-value chain networking of players in the construction and real estate industry, the active transfer of knowledge and the promotion of the development and implementation of practical solutions.
The members of the PropTech Powerhouse benefit from synergies within the association based on visibility, matchmaking and knowledge transfer.

We are delighted that you are interested in becoming a member of PropTech Powerhouse e.V.. We bring together the leading minds and companies in the construction and real estate industry. Our members are national and international companies, innovative start-ups and industry-related institutions.
Together, we expand their network and help shape industry topics, market standardization and digital policy. Our members position themselves and their companies through high-profile involvement in our committees or as part of events and publications.
We are helping to shape the dynamic development of PropTech as one of the innovative industry segments. Through membership, companies, start-ups and institutions can learn from the innovative pioneers and receive important information faster and more directly.
Our team supports members in optimally implementing their interests in the association and is happy to advise on the selection of events or helpful contacts from our network.
Membership fees are based on company structure and annual turnover. Further information can be found in the articles of association (in German) and the membership fee regulations.
